Ministry Lodge rooms are reserved exclusively for ministers and their families, offering a quiet and comfortable place to stay during your time at Cascades. Each private room includes a queen bed, multiple bunk beds, and a private bathroom—like having your own hotel suite at camp!

The cost is $289 per person, which includes 9 delicious meals served in the camp dining hall throughout your stay. Please note: meals are included in the price regardless of participation, as they are part of the package cost.

CAYC 2025 – June 18th–21st

Minister Lodging
Check-in for ministers is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18th, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving outside of this window, please contact Pastor Wark in advance to make arrangements.
Check-out is on Saturday, June 21st, at 1:00 PM.
All ministry rooms will be prepared with bedding provided for your convenience.

Hospitality

  • The hospitality room will be open one hour prior to each service, offering a quiet space for preparation and fellowship.

  • Each day, a small selection of refreshments will be available in the meeting area of the ministry lodge.

  • Following every evening church service, a meal will be served to all ministers and their families.

Church Service Schedule

  • Wednesday: 7:00 PM

  • Thursday: 10:00 AM & 7:00 PM

  • Friday: 10:00 AM & 7:00 PM

All campers are required to attend every church service. We also warmly invite families and local church members to participate, helping make each service a powerful and spirit-filled experience.
There is no cost to attend church services, and all are welcome.
